Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.

Milky Heart offers complimentary U.S. standard shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier service, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@milkyheart.co with your order number. We will work with the carrier to review the situation.
