Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and returned with any original tags, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@milkyheart.co with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions from us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the description:

• Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and other personal-care items.

• Items marked final sale.

• Gift cards.

• Items that have been used, worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging where applicable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@milkyheart.co so that we can evaluate the issue.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval decision. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or card issuer additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or an item arrives damaged.
