Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Milky Heart offers complimentary U.S. standard shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier service, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Milky Heart is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@milkyheart.co with your order number. We will work with the carrier to review the situation.

At this time, Milky Heart primarily serves customers in the United States. Any international shipping availability will be shown at checkout.
